Meet Our Team
Terrance Clark
President & Co-Founder
As President, Terrance has led the growth of Limitless La Vie’s real estate and development projects. Terrance is responsible for the company’s vision, corporate strategy, and team management.
Terrance has been an active volunteer with numerous leadership roles for various organizations including The Greater Newark Boys and Girls Club. He is a Boys and Girls Club lifetime alumni. He has organized several successful school supply drives for the kids at the Greater Newark Boys and Girls Club. To date, his organization has donated $25,000.00 to the Greater Newark Boys and Girls Club. Terrance is also a member of The NAACP Equity and Inclusion Task Force, The committee aims to address systemic inequities with the goal of improving racial equity and outcomes in Hickory for all groups, so that all individuals can thrive and realize their full potential.
Terrance holds a Bachelor of Science from Neumann University. Terrance was a Chains, Inc. Delaware “40 under 40” honoree which recognizes outstanding Delaware industry professionals under the age of 40 who stand out in all aspects of their lives. He was also named among North Delaware’s Top 10 Movers and Shakers.
Aaron Clark
Co-Founder
As the Director of Facilities Management, Aaron leads the Property and Maintenance Division at La Vie Properties by supervising its technicians, managing online work orders, and ensuring that all maintenance requests are completed to the highest quality standards. Aaron also oversees bid procurement and provides exceptional project management services for renovation projects. He assists the Limitless La Vie Corporation’s board with the guidance needed to properly coordinate the affordable housing renovation of single-family homes to their completion.
Aaron has over nine years of facilities management experience for a variety of property types including Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Properties.
Amani Clark
Co-Founder
As the Director of La Vie Christian Academy, Amani leads and takes on challenges with an optimistic spirit that believes in her power to effect real change. Amani obtained her Master’s Degree in Marketing at the University of West England, where she played for the Women’s International Basketball Team. She has received numerous awards and accolades for her accomplishments including being honored with an Excellence in Leadership award by the United States Marine Corps. Other notable achievements include being named the 2012 Youth of the Year for the Boys and Girls Club, Delaware, recognition as a Finalist for the Gatorade State Girls Basketball Player of the Year, an award that recognizes not only athletic excellence, but also high standards of academic achievement and exemplary character demonstrated on and off the field. Amani is a proud Lincoln University Alumni where she was a Presidential and Honorable Dean’s List student (all four years).
Amani found her passion for giving back, early in life. She co-wrote and won a $3000 grant for the non-profit Urban Promise in Wilmington, Delaware. Since then, she has dedicated her time to giving back to her community.
Alexis Clark
Co-Founder
Alexis, the youngest of the Clark siblings is a student at Acellus Academy. Alexis is currently employed at Clean Juice as a Juicerista. Alexis aspires to open her own organic cafe and juice bar. She has a passion for “organic” foods, and enjoys experimenting in the kitchen with her own unique creations. She started her organic vegetable garden last summer. Alexis loves to volunteer and is passionate about giving back. She also wants to educate kids about healthy eating.
